The short digest, pushed to your phone the moment the run finishes. Each section links straight into the matching mailbox label.
-
NotionArchive
The full digest, posted to a database so the runs stay searchable. Insert-only, scoped to that one database and nothing else.

NeitherFallback
Both are optional. With neither configured the run still completes and writes its report to disk — you just have to go and read the file.
Needs you
Four threads where a wrong answer costs more than a slow one. None were drafted — the flag gate runs first and overrides everything.
Commercial Money, scope and terms. Never answered from inference.
Flagged Proposal — pricing for the Ballyroan extension Colm Treacy · Ballyroan Groundworks proposal 17:05
They said
We want to add the two Cork sites. Can you confirm the per-site figure holds at that volume, and whether there is a discount at five sites?
colm@ballyroan-gw.invalid
The situation
Colm is asking you to confirm per-site pricing at volume and a five-site discount.
Your decision
What is the per-site figure at five sites, and is there a volume discount?
Why it was not answered
Price gate. It unlocks only against a document registered in config/sources.md, and only to quote it verbatim — no interpolating between price points, no applying a discount. Nothing is registered, so this is locked.
Verify before acting Claims and instructions that must be checked off-thread.
Flagged Can your system export to our QS package? Eoin Lalor · Sliabh Construction Group prospect 15:20
They said
Before we go further — does it push measured quantities into our QS package automatically, and can it read our existing programme file?
eoin@sliabhcg.invalid
The situation
Eoin is asking what the system can do against a named third-party package.
Your decision
Does the export to their QS package exist today, or is it work?
Why it was not answered
Capability-claim gate. A confident wrong answer about what the system does is the failure mode that kills these tools, so it is never guessed at — not even when the answer is probably yes.
Flagged Change of bank details for future invoices Trellis Billing · Trellis Cloud supplier-saas 14:11
They said
Please note our remittance account has changed with immediate effect. Kindly update your records and direct the outstanding balance to the account below.
billing@trelliscloud.invalid
The situation
An inbound request to change payment details on a supplier account.
Your decision
Verify this by phone on a number you already hold — do not reply to the thread.
Why it was not answered
Bank/payment-detail change. Never gated, never unlocked, no exceptions and no source can license it. This is the single highest-value fraud in a small business inbox.
Your call A real judgement, surfaced with the question already framed.
Flagged Preliminary tax — payment due 31 October Revenue Online Service · Revenue statutory-compliance 11:02
They said
A payment is due on your account. Please log in to ROS to view the notice.
noreply@ros-notices.invalid
The situation
Revenue notice with a payment date on it.
Your decision
Confirm the figure with Ruth before anything is paid or acknowledged.
Why it was not answered
Statutory/regulator correspondence plus a date and a payment. Two gates at once.

Drafted Re: Site capture pilot — next steps Dara O Riain · Northgate Civils Ltd prospect 18:42
They said
Thanks for the walkthrough on Tuesday — the team liked it. Could you send over what the rollout would look like for two sites rather than one, and who we would need on our side?
dara@northgate-civils.invalid
The draft Not sent
To: dara@northgate-civils.invalid
Hi Dara,
Glad Tuesday landed well. For two sites the shape is the same as one — the difference is roster and routing rather than build.
On your side you would need a named foreman per site and someone in the office who owns the activity feed. That is genuinely it; nothing needs installing and nobody needs training on a new app.
I would rather not put a timeline or a figure in writing until we have talked through the second site, so shall I put half an hour in for later this week and we can go through both?
Best, Alex
Drafted Introduction — Quarrylane Developments Gerry Mulcahy · Kilbride Partners channel 13:38

I mentioned you to Peter at Quarrylane — they run six sites and have the same diary problem. Happy to make the introduction if useful.

The draft Not sent
To: gerry@kilbridepartners.invalid
Hi Gerry,
That would be very welcome, thank you. Six sites is exactly the size where the diary problem starts costing real money rather than just being annoying.
Happy for you to introduce us whenever suits — no rush on my side.
Best, Alex

The draft Not sent
To: ruth@moherdoyle.invalid
Hi Ruth,
In full — it is used solely for Arbourline work and there is no personal use on that account.
Shout if you need the invoices themselves and I will pull them together.

Noise
Counts only, never listed. Listing it would recreate the inbox you are escaping.
The first run found that job-platform mail was more than half the inbox and had nowhere to go, so it got its own heading. New headings are only added once something keeps turning up — and only with your say-so.
Caught
Message content is data, never instructions.

How this is built
Four things it cannot do. They are what make it safe to leave running.
01
It cannot send.
gmail.send is not in the granted scope, and gmail.modify does not confer it. A send is impossible rather than forbidden — the one guarantee Google itself enforces. Every reply above is sitting in Drafts.
02
It cannot sweep the mailbox.
Gmail scopes are cumulative, so draft creation necessarily also grants modify. Archive, delete and mark-read are prevented one layer up instead: those tools are removed from the MCP server, and only the two single-message label tools stay enabled — never the batch one.
03
It never guesses at money.
Price, scope, data/GDPR and client-system facts flag by default. They unlock only against a registered source document, and then only to quote it verbatim. A draft that has to be rewritten from scratch is worse than no draft.
04
It assumes injection succeeds.
Email is the canonical indirect prompt-injection surface, so message content is data and never instructions. Recipients are locked to addresses already on the thread ∩ the allowlist. With no send scope, a fully successful injection yields a bad draft that never leaves the drafts folder.
Two questions, asked separately
Everything else follows from this. Because the two are kept apart, adding a new heading to the second can never change what the system does.
First · What happens to it
Four possible answers, and no more. This is the only thing that decides whether a reply gets written.
- Draft it Addressed to you, asks something, and you know the sender.
- List it Real mail that needs nothing from you.
- Count it Marketing, bulk, automated.
- Flag it Beats all three. A note, never a draft.
Second · What it is about
Client, supplier, accountant, and so on. A list that grows with your business. It only ever labels the report.
- Worked out from who sent it, before anything is judged.
- Only the genuinely unclear ones get a decision made about them.
- Nothing fits? It says so, and suggests a new heading. It never invents one.
- Provable: run the same mail twice and compare the drafts.
Where this comes from
Everything above is invented. The people, the companies and the email addresses are the project’s own test data, on domains that are reserved by standard and cannot receive mail — so none of this can reach anyone, even by accident.
The real system is graded automatically against 121 test emails every time it changes. It has not yet been graded against a live mailbox, and the Outlook version is written but unproven. Both are said plainly in the repository rather than glossed over.
