I grew up around construction. Summers on building sites, a year working in the UK before college, which was a rite of passage more than a career plan. But the industry and the attitude and work ethic it instilled stayed with me.

After college I spent four years in the pharmaceutical industry in Ireland, working as a data engineer and business analyst for a large multinational. Most of that time was spent doing the same thing in different forms: finding where information was getting lost, connecting systems that weren't talking to each other, and helping people actually use AI tools rather than just have access to them.

Construction has always run on conversation: the phone call, the site visit, the decision made on the spot. For twenty years, that information lived and died with the people who held it. What's changed is that computers now speak our language. You don't need to change how your teams work, you just need to capture what they already say.

I'm a systems thinker with a background in data engineering. I'm not a civil engineer, but I understand how construction businesses actually work. That's what Cuprix is built on.

I set it up in 2026 to work exclusively with construction businesses in Ireland and the UK.
