Ground floor concrete slab poured Monday. Ground conditions on the southern end were soft after the weekend rain — plant was kept off that area throughout. No issues with the pour itself. West gable blockwork is 3 courses behind, delayed by an access clash during the pour. Seán confirmed it was a sequencing issue, not a crew issue.
Ready-mix supplier ran late on the second load. Worth watching if it recurs.

Yes — two instances in the last three weeks.
Kilmainham Rd (this week): Southern end soft after heavy rain. Plant kept off that area.
Tallaght (2 weeks ago): Tomás flagged soft ground on the northern boundary during foundation work. Sequence adjusted, no delay recorded.
Neither site was aware of the other's issue at the time.

Why is the west gable behind on the Kilmainham job?

Access to the west gable was blocked during Monday's concrete pour. Seán lost approximately one hour waiting for the area to clear before the blockwork crew could move in.
Seán corrected this in his notes the same evening — he was specific that it was an access issue, not a crew performance issue.
3 courses short of the day's target. Should be recoverable Tuesday if access is clear.
